Savannah, Director of Operations
Director of Operations

Savannah

Central Ohio Pediatric Behavioral Health

Background

Savannah's approach to operations is shaped by nearly 20 years in the autism treatment field, including direct clinical care and, in her final five years, leading operations for a behavioral health organization she helped found. That experience gave her a clear view of what clinicians actually need to do their best work: consistent support, systems that function, and a culture where people feel genuinely taken care of, not just scheduled.

That's the standard she holds at COPBH. She believes a practice runs best when its staff feel supported, not stretched thin, and she works to make sure the systems behind the scenes — scheduling, benefits, day-to-day logistics — serve the clinicians doing the clinical work, rather than the other way around.

Where You'll Likely Interact With Me

My role covers a lot of ground behind the scenes, but here's where families and partners are most likely to connect with me directly:

The Human Side of Operations

A quieter but essential part of my role is human, not administrative: I'm often the person a family talks to when they're overwhelmed, trying to find the right resources or make sense of a confusing system. I bring the same patience, curiosity, and attention to detail to every part of my work.

Booking a speaking engagement or community talk? I'm the point of contact for scheduling Dr. Huston's community talks and speaking engagements. Reach out to me directly at info@copbh.org, or learn more on our Speaking & Media page.
