Let's Work Together
We're a pediatric psychology practice built on relationships, creativity, and care that puts people first. We don't have a job description to hand you — but we know the kind of person who thrives here.
Now Hiring: Pediatric Clinician
We're seeking an established pediatric behavioral health clinician — ideally a doctoral-level clinician, though a highly experienced master's-level clinician (LISW, LPCC, or equivalent licensure) with a well-developed specialty niche is also a strong fit. Specialties of particular interest include OCD/ERP, chronic illness, feeding, anxiety, ADHD, and neurodevelopmental disorders. Salary is based on training level and experience, and full-time employees are eligible for a full benefits package. Apply by emailing info@copbh.org.

Hear From Our Team
"One of the things I appreciate most about COPBH is that it's a place where clinicians can really develop a specialty instead of being expected to do a little bit of everything. If you work with kids and teens and have an area you've really honed — whether that's assessments, anxiety, ADHD, neurodevelopmental disorders, or something else — I'd love to hear from you."
Dr. Connor Fais
Psychologist
"I work with a lot of kids who walk into therapy not wanting to be there — and watching that shift is incredibly rewarding to me. COPBH gives me the space and support to do the work I'm passionate about and continue growing as a clinician."
Jessica Phillips, LPC
Child and Family Therapist
"Twice-exceptional kids, learning disorders, executive functioning — that's my professional world. One of the best parts of working at COPBH is being surrounded by clinicians who are just as specialized and passionate in their own areas of expertise."
Sarah Hansen, BSW
Educational Therapist
"One of the things I value most about working at COPBH is the team. Everyone here brings something distinct, and we genuinely collaborate and learn from each other constantly. Kids, teens, and families are our world — if that's yours too, we'd love to hear from you."
Shaun Ditty, LPC
Child and Family Therapist
"From where I sit, I see the parts of this practice that don't show up in a session note — how much real thought goes into supporting our clinicians, not just our patients. That means full benefits for our full-time staff, scheduling support that's actually responsive so clinicians aren't left managing logistics on top of clinical work, and making sure the systems behind the scenes work the way they should. The investment in this team is genuine, not just talked about."
